What information do I need to submit a ticket?
You will need to provide:
- Your name in "Assigned Sales Rep:"
- Sales Order ID (SOID), if available
- Country
- Details of your concern
What if there's no SOID?
If you don’t have your SOID, you may still submit the form just type "N/A".
How long does it take to receive a response?
CSR team typically responds within 24–48 business hours, depending on the nature and priority of the concern.
What types of concerns can I submit?
You may submit concerns related to:
- Delayed Delivery - PH Orders
- Delayed Delivery - International Orders
- Refund - Missing Parcel PH
- Refund - Missing Parcel INTL

Yes. Once your concern is submitted, a CSR Specialist will review it and contact you via email if additional details are needed.
